Recruit, train, provide employment referrals services to, and retain individuals in Southwestern Pennsylvania (SWPA), by promoting skill enrichment, career opportunities and personal development of Hispanic individuals and their families.

To strengthen the economy of SWPA by supporting the development of the regional workforce, while enhancing the growth and well-being of the Hispanic community.
